Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and execute cross-functional initiatives across the full project lifecycle
Translate technical requirements into clear structured action plans
Break down complex operational challenges into manageable workflows
Apply sound judgment to evaluate progress and escalate risks when needed
Operate effectively in fast-paced ambiguous environments
Collaborate with teams across operations systems product design and finance
Drive implementation of retail technologies (POS ERP CRM AV demo systems)
Prepare and present project updates risks and progress summaries to leadership

Ideal Profile:

Strong candidates may have experience in:

Retail operations or technology implementation
Project or program management within DTC retail consumer electronics hospitality or manufacturing
Using tools such as JIRA Asana MS Project or Wrike
Implementing or managing retail systems (POS ERP CRM AV Demo)
Structured problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
Cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
Bachelors degree required; advanced degrees and PMP/Agile certifications are beneficial
