Job Description
Were looking for a Customer Support Representative to support customers primarily through email and live chat. Youll be the first line of helpanswering questions guiding customers through common issues and making sure every interaction feels smooth professional and human. If you write clearly think logically and like solving problems youll fit in well.
What youll do
Handle inbound customer messages via email and live chat with speed and accuracy
Troubleshoot everyday issues by following internal processes help articles and account tools
Keep tickets organized by logging clear notes and documenting next steps in our support system/CRM
Escalate edge cases to the right team and own follow-up until the issue is fully resolved
Identify repeat questions or friction points and suggest improvements to FAQs macros and workflows
Communicate in a consistent brand-aligned tone across all interactions
What were looking for
Excellent written communication (clear friendly and professional)
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple conversations without losing track
Comfortable with basic tech tasks (navigating web apps searching documentation using dashboards)
Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace
Dependable availability for scheduled shifts and response-time targets
Nice to have (not required)
6 months in a support service or customer-facing role
Familiarity with platforms like Intercom Zendesk Freshdesk Gorgias HubSpot or similar tools
Experience with common support topics (password resets account access billing questions basic how-to help)
Schedule & Compensation
Remote (U.S. or approved time zones)
Full-time or part-time depending on availability
