Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to financial professionals utilizing Caltons services and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Caltons resource portal integrations and third-party systems.
- Assist in onboarding new advisors and providing training on the use of technology tools.
- Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system integrations and updates are functioning smoothly.
- Document and escalate technical issues as needed to ensure timely resolution.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support to financial professionals.
Essential Qualifications:
- Knowledge of financial services industry and products.
- Experience in providing technical support or help desk assistance.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Desired Experience:
- Experience working in a financial services or brokerage environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and financial planning software.
- Certifications related to IT support or financial services are a plus.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $110000 - $125000 per year
