Job Summary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Process invoices and payment requests accurately and timely
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Maintain accounts payable records and ensure all payments are accounted for
- Communicate with vendors regarding payment status and resolve any issues
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Assist in audits and provide necessary documentation as required
Essential Qualifications:
- Previous experience in accounts payable or related financial role
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office especially Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $120000 to $130000 annually. Benefits include health insurance retirement plans paid time off and professional development opportunities.
