Job Description: Technical Support Specialist at MARBLELIFE

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers regarding surface restoration and maintenance services.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to the products and services offered by MARBLELIFE.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and new technologies to provide innovative support solutions.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in technical support or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of surface care and maintenance techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.


    Salary & Benefits:
