About the Role
Our Client is seeking Project Coordinators to support the ONE ID Business Support team.
ONE ID is a foundational identity and access platform supporting digital health solutions used by healthcare professionals across Ontario. This role will support EHR modernization initiatives and ONE ID change management and adoption activities.
This is a high-volume fast-paced operational and project coordination role within a digital health environment.
Key Responsibilities Operations Support

Coordinate ONE ID operational activities including client support stakeholder requests incidents and escalations within SLA timelines

Execute IAM processes including end-user authentication and authorization
-
Support client onboarding and integration to ONE ID

Contribute to communication and engagement plans
Project Support

Provide coordination support for product integration initiatives
-
Assist with IAM activities and Business Acceptance Testing (BAT) execution
-
Support business process implementation initiatives
Documentation & Process Improvement
-
Update and maintain process documentation user guides and workflows
-
Provide input to process improvements aligned with evolving operational needs
-
Ensure adherence to data integrity and quality standards
Must-Have Qualifications
-
2 years experience as a Project Coordinator in IT or digital health environments

Hands-on experience with client support and integration
-
Experience supporting product integration projects
-
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
-
Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) framework
Required Skills

Project coordination and operational support experience
-
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
-
Ability to interpret and update technical and process documentation

Strong organizational and multitasking skills
-
Ability to work within tight SLA timelines
Nice to Have

Experience in digital health or public sector environments

Knowledge of IT Service Management practices

Experience with dashboards reporting tools or business intelligence systems

Ability to work in fast-paced high-volume environments
