Job Summary
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for various projects such as the celebration of AIMs 90th anniversary. You will play a key role in the planning organization and execution of large-scale projects. You will also be required to work closely with members of the marketing team on their respective projects and in any other activities aimed at supporting organizational initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing planning and managing assigned marketing projects;
- Sharing timelines with stakeholders and managing their expectations;
- Ensuring the timely deployment of marketing initiatives/activities;
- Compiling expenses and ensuring budget tracking for each initiative;
- Providing regular updates on project progress and communicating them to your manager;
- Analyzing the performance of initiatives/activities and making recommendations;
- Contributing to the analysis development and implementation of innovative marketing strategies to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications :
To join our team:
- Hold a college diploma or undergraduate degree in communications marketing or a related field;
- Have at least 5 years of project management experience;
- Be fluent in spoken and written French and English;
- Experience in a manufacturing company is an asset;
