Conlan Tire - Store Manager - Grand Prairie TX.
Conlan Tire is a privately owned commercial tire retreading company. We specialize in tire retreading drive up tire service out of our store locations and we offer roadside or mobile service. We are currently looking to add a Store Manager to our team in Grand Prairie. This individual will be responsible for leading the operation and growing profitability!
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- 3-5 years commercial tires store operations
- Knowledge of commercial tires and retreading
- Ability to multitask and continually prioritize a changing workload
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- An aggressive and competitive nature to drive service goals
- The confidence to close a sale
- Superior communication skills including listening and speaking/writing
- College degree preferred but not required
Duties Include but not limited:
- Managing of Store operations as well as working with sales to increase accounts
- Creating and auditing Work Orders and Invoices
- Tracking inventory and ensuring all tires are accounted for
- Set expectations for service technicians and office personnel
- Coordinating deliveries of new inventory to customers and picking up tires that will be retreaded (larger inventory levels will be coordinated with a company driver)
