The role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Senior People Operations this role you will support our daily People Operations business and contribute to creating a positive employee experience across all stages of the employee lifecycle.
How youll make impact
- You support and advise our employees and managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle on all general personnel-related matters.
- You are responsible for maintaining and updating employee records and managing our HR systems.
- You support the preparation and administration of employment contracts.
- You provide relevant employee data to our external payroll provider to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- You prepare personnel-related documents reference letters and other certificates.

- You demonstrate a hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to your tasks.
- You have gained experience in People Operations supporting companies in the DACH region which will help you to quickly adapt to this role.
- You possess excellent English and good German language skills both written and spoken.
- You are an initiative-driven flexible and customer-oriented individual with a strong awareness of quality and a self-reliant results-focused working style.
- You enjoy working collaboratively in a team value a collegial and dynamic work environment and thrive in international cooperation.
