The Role
Working closely with the School Business Manager and Office Manager you will coordinate daily administrative operations and ensure smooth communication across departments.
Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing day-to-day front office operations
Supervising junior administrative staff
Managing school-wide correspondence and documentation
Supporting admissions and transition processes
Coordinating internal communication between teaching and pastoral teams
Maintaining accurate pupil and staff records on MIS
Supporting event organisation including open evenings and parent forums
