The Snapshot

  • Salary:(Leeds City Council Scale)

  • Contract: Permanent Full-time

  • Requirement: Previous experience in a school office leadership role is highly desirable.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Daily Cover: Coordinating the daily staff cover requirements to ensure the school remains safe and operational when staff are absent.

  • Facilities Liaison: Acting as the link between the office and the site team to manage maintenance requests and health and safety compliance within the office spaces.

  • Statutory Returns: Leading the preparation and submission of the termly School Census and other DfE requirements.

  • Staff Welfare: Ensuring a positive and supportive culture within the administrative team providing mentorship to junior staff.
