Job Summary
A global publicly traded organization is seeking aSenior Project Managerto lead high-impact Finance transformation initiatives with an initial focus on a large-scaleSAP S/4HANA ERP deploymentin the United States.
This is a highly visible role for a seasoned project leader who thrives at the intersection ofFinance Technology and enterprise change and who enjoys driving complex initiatives from strategy through execution.
The Opportunity
You will play a critical role in modernizing Finance operations for a large complex organization partnering closely with senior leaders across Finance Accounting Shared Services and IT. The scope is enterprise-wide fast-paced and materially important to the business.
This role is ideal for someone who has led ERP or large Finance transformation programs and wantstrue ownership visibility and long-term career upside.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Finance-side project and program management activities for a major SAP S/4HANA deployment
- Own timelines deliverables dependencies risk management and executive communications
- Facilitate workshops and drive cross-functional problem solving to ensure alignment and adoption
- Partner with senior Finance and business leaders to improve processes scalability and efficiency
- Act as a key liaison between Finance and Technology teams
- Drive execution in a matrixed global environment with competing priorities
What Were Looking For
- Relevant experience in complex cross-functionalproject or program management
- Hands-on experience withSAP S/4HANA implementations(Finance workstream strongly preferred)
- Finance background (Accounting FP&A Finance Transformation Shared Services or similar)
- Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to influence without authority
- Experience operating in large global organizations
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into action
Preferred (but not required):
- PMP Prosci Lean Six Sigma or similar certifications
- MBA or relevant graduate degree
- Experience working at the intersection of Finance IT
