Jefferson Healthcare is seeking an experienced Manager of Revenue Cycle Operations and Integrity to lead the hospitals mid and backend revenue cycle this key leadership role you will oversee the execution and optimization of all functions that drive compliant reimbursement accurate billing and strong cash performance. You will direct a highly skilled Revenue Cycle Analyst team-including specialists in Integrity/Coding Audit and Payor Credentialing/Enrollment. The ideal candidate brings deep technical expertise a continuous-improvement mindset and proven leadership abilities to minimize revenue leakage strengthen Accounts Receivable (AR) performance and ensure the financial health of the organization.

What we are looking for:

• BS/BA in Healthcare Administration Business Management Business Administration or equivalent work experience required
• At least five years of experience supervising others required
• At least five years of previous hospital/clinic experience in all aspects of business functions required
• Knowledgeable with medical terminology and coding systems (ICD-10 HCPCS CPTs APC DRGs etc.) is required.
• Accreditation/certification in Epic revenue cycle preferred
• Continuing education and/or licensing requirements: Stay abreast of industry standards and trends

• The base salary range for this position reflects both market competitiveness and the full compensation potential for the role. Individual offers will be determined based on a candidates qualifications and experience beyond the stated minimum most cases compensation will fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range. Placement above the midpoint will be reserved for candidates whose qualifications significantly exceed the minimum requirements.
