What youll be doing
This is a field-based active role where youll spend your days meeting people solving problems and building relationships. You will:

- Meet homeowners in your territory and start real professional conversations
- Inspect roofs and properties safely and professionally (we train you)
- Explain findings clearly and honestly
- Work with insurance adjusters when appropriate
- Earn signed work authorizations through trust not pressure
- Follow up consistently and professionally with homeowners
- Build a personal referral network over time
- Use simple CRM tools to stay organized and effective
Youll work independently but never without support.
