Compensation: Commission-heavy uncapped (lower base strong upside)

The platform is already live in production and trusted by large enterprises in regulated environments especially healthcare. Its solutions impact millions of real users every month through workflows such as appointment scheduling care navigation billing claims and internal operations.
The company is headquartered in Asia and is now expanding aggressively into the US market.
The role
This is a foundational Sales Lead role focused on building and owning the US go-to-market motion from the ground up.
You will not inherit a large inbound funnel. Instead youll be responsible for creating pipeline landing early customers and turning initial wins into a repeatable sales motion. As the business scales this role can evolve into a player-coach or leadership position with the opportunity to build a team.
This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys being early shaping strategy and seeing a direct link between performance and compensation.
What youll do
Own new business revenue in the US end to end (prospecting discovery proposal close)
Build a qualified pipeline through targeted outbound partnerships and disciplined account selection
Run structured discovery and sell on measurable outcomes (cost reduction efficiency deflection CSAT speed quality)
Navigate complex multi-stakeholder buying groups (Ops CX IT Security Compliance Finance Execs)
Handle security data and compliance conversations credibly bringing internal experts when needed
Partner closely with Product and Delivery to shape offers pricing packaging and repeatable sales plays
Contribute to positioning messaging proof points and early case studies
What success looks like
First 3060 days: clear ICP hypotheses target account list active outbound motion early opportunities
First 90 days: multiple qualified late-stage opportunities and pilots/POCs progressing toward close
612 months: repeatable pipeline engine initial customer wins expansion paths and foundations for scaling US sales
Who you are
A hunter with a builder mindset comfortable with ambiguity and accountable for outcomes
Strong at explaining technical products in simple business-relevant terms
Confident selling to both technical and executive stakeholders
Decisive fast to ramp and able to create momentum in complex deals
Strong judgment on when to push when to qualify out and how to run a tight sales process
Requirements
7 years of experience selling B2B SaaS (mid-market or enterprise)
Proven ability to self-source pipeline and close deals
Experience selling complex or emerging technology (AI automation data workflows is a plus)
Bonus: experience in regulated or security-heavy industries (healthcare insurance financial services)
Compensation
10-15K$ month base salary with uncapped commissions
