Job Summary
Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to drive sales growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
- Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer needs are met effectively
- Prepare sales reports and updates for management
Essential Qualifications:
- Prior experience in sales preferably in the trucking or related industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary & Benefits:
Salary Range: $115000 - $130000 per year
