$100K$130K Base with performance-based profit sharing (total compensation potential $150K depending on experience and results)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced homecare operations professional to own billing-related projects internal reporting coordination and select cost reporting functions within our LHCSA/CDPAP division.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on homecare experience (especially in Alaya/Alixa) who understands how billing payroll HR and operations intersect. While cost reporting knowledge is a strong plus this is not a pure cost reporting or finance role. The position functions primarily as an operational project manager ensuring accurate data flow clean processes and on-time execution across departments.
The company will provide training and direction on regulatory requirements and expectations. Success in this role is driven by operational ownership systems thinking and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage operational and billing-related projects across the homecare organization
Coordinate data and document collection across payroll billing HR and operations
Support cost reporting preparation by organizing inputs templates and supporting documentation
Build and maintain trackers templates and workflows to streamline internal reporting and submissions
Ensure operational data is accurate complete and delivered on schedule
Serve as the internal point person to keep multi-department initiatives moving forward
Partner with leadership and external professionals as needed on reporting-related initiatives
Execute based on regulatory and compliance guidance provided by leadership
Ideal Background
Homecare experience required (LHCSA/CDPAP strongly preferred)
Experience working in Alaya/Alixa or similar homecare systems
Background in billing payroll bookkeeping or operations within a homecare agency
Exposure to cost reporting or regulated healthcare reporting is a strong plus
Comfortable working with data spreadsheets and numbers
Highly organized detail-oriented and process-driven
Able to learn quickly take ownership and see projects through end-to-end
