Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Business Analyst Healthcare Systems (Public Sector) 13 Years Exp)

Location: Schenectady NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications:

Experience working within a healthcare environment that serves individuals with special needs including translating complex technical concepts into clear well-documented business and program materials to ensure alignment and shared understanding among stakeholders.
Experience analyzing and documenting business systems and operational processes including preparation of business and functional requirements deliverables test plans training manuals deployment strategies workflow documentation use cases context diagrams data element definitions and outlining program goals objectives and regulatory considerations (federal and state mandates).
Experience managing projects using an established project management methodology.
Experience conducting business analysis activities in support of software application development and implementation.
Experience leading requirements elicitation sessions with subject matter experts and key stakeholders facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and delivering training both in-person and through virtual platforms such as WebEx and conference calls.
Professional experience collaborating and communicating effectively with senior-level leadership in the public sector.
Experience in Quality Assurance including developing test plans maintaining requirements traceability and overseeing defect tracking resolution and validation.
Bachelors Degree required.
