Job Summary

Job Title: Senior Project Manager (Process Improvement) 10 years EXP
Location: Washington D.C. Onsite
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or related field required
Masters degree preferred
PMP Certification or DHS Mid-Level Program Manager certification (or equivalent) required
Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience
Demonstrated experience directing multiple complex high-visibility projects simultaneously
Proven initiative management expertise including planning execution risk management and stakeholder coordination
Strong background in process improvement and business transformation initiatives
Experience providing executive coaching and advisory support to senior leadership
Ability to review work products for quality assurance and regulatory/compliance alignment
Experience working in federal or large government environments preferred
Strong communication presentation and leadership skills
Ability to serve as designated Key Personnel for the life of the contract
Must be able to obtain and maintain required federal fitness determination
