About the Role

Own and scale all mechanisms that drive tutor participation referrals and community activation. This role converts the tutor base into an active growth and advocacy engine through structured programs campaigns and engagement loops.

Core Responsibilities

1. Referral Program Ownership

  • Design and maintain tutor referral programs (mechanics incentives eligibility rules).
  • Own end-to-end referral campaign launches (planning rollout reminders closing).
  • Continuously test and improve referral mechanics to increase participation and conversion.

2. Ambassador & Referrer Enablement

  • Build and maintain caption banks referral templates FAQs and sample posts.
  • Equip tutors and ambassadors with clear low-friction sharing tools.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across all referral-related materials.

3. Tutor Community Engagement

  • Plan and execute internal engagement campaigns (posts challenges recognition).
  • Drive UGC prompts participation activities and community touchpoints.
  • Partner with Operations/CARE to ensure tone aligns with consultant-first positioning.

4. Social Proof & Testimonials Pipeline

  • Proactively source tutor testimonials stories and quotes.
  • Coordinate approvals formatting and handoff to Marketing or Sales as needed.
  • Maintain a usable repository of social proof assets.

5. Internal Campaign Communications

  • Draft internal announcements and reminders (Slack email townhall scripts).
  • Own campaign timelines and cadence of internal touchpoints.
  • Ensure clarity on eligibility deadlines and incentives.

6. Reporting & Insights

  • Produce weekly reports covering:
    • Referral volume and conversion
    • Participation rates
    • Engagement health indicators
  • Surface insights and recommendations for improvement.

Qualifications & Profile

  • Required
    • At least 3 years experience in recruitment marketing.
    • At least 1 year experience in community management and end-to-end handling of engagement activities
    • Proven experience owning programs end-to-end (not just content posting).
    • Strong written communication skills for internal audiences.
    • High operational discipline (campaign calendars trackers follow-ups).
    • Comfortable working with metrics and weekly reporting.
  • Preferred
    • Experience in marketplace EdTech creator or gig-based environments.
    • Familiarity with Slack-based communities and remote-first teams.
    • Experience designing incentive or referral mechanics.

Work Set-up and Requirements

  • Schedule: Schedule: May require flexible hours but with focus on mid-shift (start of shift at 12NN or 1PM)
  • Workdays: Five-day workweek with two rest days.
  • Location: Fully remote
  • Desktop/laptop with Intel i5 (10th gen) 8GB RAM or higher
  • Minimum 25 Mbps internet speed with backup connection
  • Backup power supply for at least 8 hours
