This is a remote position.
We are seeking a Marketing Automation & Growth Systems Manager to architect and manage the full marketing systems infrastructure that supports scalable growth. This role is focused on automation CRM integrity attribution tracking and performance visibility across the funnel.
This is a systems-driven position requiring a strategic analytical professional who can build optimize and maintain end-to-end marketing workflows and reporting frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Design and manage the full marketing automation infrastructure across platforms
Build and optimize lead capture qualification and routing workflows
Develop demo booking confirmation and no-show reduction systems
Maintain CRM lifecycle integrity and ensure clean data architecture
Integrate paid ads platforms (Meta LinkedIn Google) with CRM and tracking systems
Implement accurate UTM tracking and attribution modeling from ad to revenue
Build performance dashboards and reporting systems for funnel visibility
Requirements
3 years of hands-on HubSpot experience
Advanced experience building and managing marketing automation workflows
Strong understanding of paid media attribution and tracking systems
Experience integrating multi-platform lead forms (Typeform Wix etc.) into CRM systems
Proficiency with Meta Ads LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads integration
Analytical systems-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
Ability to work independently and build scalable systems from the ground up
Required Skills:
Proven hands-on experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (workflows emails lists landing pages) Strong understanding of funnels lead nurturing and basic CRM logic Experience executing email and content campaigns Experience managing business social media accounts Strong written English communication skills Highly organized reliable and execution-focused Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
