About the project:
We are looking for Dutch-speaking professionals with a strong technical mindset and solid customer support experience to join the team in Lisbon. You will be supporting a globally recognized client and assisting customers with a wide range of technical issues.
What Youll Do:
- Provide high-quality technical support via phone email chat and messaging platforms
- Handle general inquiries and pre-sales questions
- Escalate complex cases and work with technicians to resolve them
- Maintain accurate records in the ticketing system
- Collaborate with team members to drive customer satisfaction and process improvements
- Work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays (rotational schedule)
What Were Looking For:
- Fluency in Dutch language (C2) and strong English language (minimum B2)
- Prior experience in customer or technical support
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
Compensation:
- Base Salary: 1100 gross/month
- Performance Bonus: up to 100 gross/month (paid over 12 months)
