Danish-Speaking Customer Support Representative Onsite in Lisbon

Location: Lisbon Portugal
Work Model: Onsite (Office-Based)
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week rotational shifts if applicable)

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone email and chat.

  • Assist customers with inquiries account issues and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.

  • Document interactions accurately in internal systems.

  • Collaborate with internal teams when necessary.

Requirements

  • Native or fluent Danish (C1/C2 level).

  • Good level of English (B2 or higher).

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-oriented mindset.

  • EU passport or valid work authorization for Portugal.
