More about the role & team
The Senior Data Integration Specialist role manages and optimizes data flow to our performance reporting platform utilized by Institutional Investment Consultants and Asset Owners. The primary responsibility of this position is to build and maintain robust integrations with custodial banks and other financial institutions. The individual will oversee all aspects of custodial data management including vendor management data acquisition and mapping and ingestion into PARis our performance reporting platform.
This function is critical in automating customer workflows which is one of our key strategic objectives. The individual is expected to work closely with vendors clients and related third parties so strong client-facing skills relationship building and a positive attitude are required.
What skills and experience do I need to succeed
What youll bring
- Custodial data mastery and how transactions/positions translate into performance systems (PARis).
- Investment performance & accounting knowledge (e.g. positions transactions TWR).
- SQL (querying) and Python for analysis/automation youre a selfservice problemsolver not necessarily a fulltime developer.
- Familiarity with financial instruments (stocks bonds indices) and large datasets/data quality.
- Communication persistence and a gogetter mindset to move complex admin processes forward.
Nice to have
- Experience at custodial banks
- Background with data/aggregation or performance providers
- Exposure to building integration workflows and ETL
