This is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your career within our Finance- Business Services function leading and coaching the Credit Control team while playing a key role in strengthening our partnerships with Retailers and driving strong commercial outcomes.
Day-to-day you will be responsible for:
- Lead by example in collection activities to achieving set KPIs
- Subject matter expert for CCAM systems and processes
- First escalation point for complex queries from the team retailers and other stakeholders
- Assist with leading the team through change arising out of business requirements
- Assist Team leaders with onboarding and training new team members.
This role is permanent full-time.
