Job Summary
Essential Job Functions
- Manage AVL systems across the campus
- Program AVL systems and content for all production environments
- Produce the weekend experience coordinating with the Campus Pastor Worship Leader and Music Director
- Manage volunteer recruitment training and scheduling for the weekend experience
- Work with the Production Development Team to coordinate production design and set changes
- Maintain campus AVL inventory and maintenance schedules
- Work with the Campus Pastor and staff on special events

Experience & Working Conditions
- Minimum 2 years of leadership experience
- Experience working in ministry is preferred but not required
- Experience working in a live production environment
- Basic working knowledge in key AVL production systems including but not limited to Avid Yamaha GrandMA ProPresenter Resolume video switchers
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs
- Standing for long periods of time
