Delivering accurate assets training & support to developers to pitch Accor Brands & Solutions
Data management business development & CRM Analytics
Animating partner loyalty programs with existing hotel owners (60% of our development)
Prospecting new partners owners and investors
The Development Marketing intern / apprentice will contribute to the strategy and execution of the action plans for above pillars. He/she evolves in a B2B2O universe.
Some potential missions he/she can contribute to:
60% Development Marketing & Communication :
Briefs to agencies on communication tools (videos interviews etc.).
Liaise with multiple internal departments for content creation update of digital tools (AccorLive )
Create Accor Luxury & Lifestyle brands & services sales pitches brochures videos
Contribute to hotel investment conferences & events strategy and roll-out.
Support on internal communication.
40% Business Development:
Data Analytics: Business Development data reporting & partners profiling
Data Quality: Partners database management & stewardship
Performance monitoring
Daily support to worldwide development teams
Qualifications :
Education & skills:
1- or 2-years apprenticeship or 2x 6months internship
Business school / Master 1 or Master 2
Fluent in English and French
