The Role
We are hiring Junior Brokers to join our growing sales team. This is a high-volume outbound sales role requiring resilience confidence and strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Making 200300 outbound calls per day
- Engaging and qualifying prospective investors
- Presenting opportunities clearly and professionally
- Handling objections and closing
- Working toward daily and monthly performance targets
Training
All successful candidates will complete a 2-week intensive Sales Academy before going live on the desk.
This programme includes:
- Sales psychology and objection handling
- Call structure and scripting
- High-ticket closing fundamentals
- Compliance and product knowledge
- Live roleplay and performance testing
The academy is designed to rapidly develop confident disciplined brokers who are ready to perform in a competitive environment.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for:
- Ambitious driven individuals (early career stage)
- Prior sales experience (any industry; finance experience beneficial but not required)
- Clear confident English communication skills
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection
- Competitive mindset (sporting background advantageous)
- Professional disciplined and career-focused
- Formal education preferred
This role is suited to candidates seeking a long-term career in financial services and high-level sales.
