A luxury leather-goods brand is seeking Luxury Brand Assistant Store Manager. This is Full-Time position.

Your role will involve supporting the Store Manager and ensuring the smooth operation of the store.
Specifically you will be responsible for staff management implementing initiatives to boost sales inventory management and customer service.
Location: Honolulu Hawaii USA
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Shift schedule between 10am to 7pm
Work Days: 5 days per week (shift system including weekends and holidays)
Work Type: In-person

Skills and Qualifications:
- Maintain and manage daily operations smoothly to ensure high efficiency and service standards
- Utilize KPIs (store visits purchase rate average transaction value) to contribute to store performance improvement
- Leverage CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to drive enhanced customer experiences
- Maintain store displays aligned with brand image and achieve effective Visual Merchandising (VMD)
- Maintain accurate inventory control and optimal stock levels
- Train develop and mentor store staff
- Manage store staff shift schedules
- Handle customer complaints
Salary: Annual salary $50000 (fixed salary negotiable based on experience) Incentives (10-20%)

Requirements
- Experience in customer service/sales within luxury brand retail or luxury hospitality (3 years in a leadership role preferred)
- English required Japanese at a customer service level preferred but not required
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in POS CRM systems
- Team-oriented with leadership potential
- Strong communication skills
- Analytical skills to assess store performance metrics and identify issues plus problem-solving ability to develop and implement concrete solutions based on analysis
