Job Summary
Were seeking a detail-oriented Scheduling & Workflow Coordinator to manage client schedules coordinate workflows and ensure smooth operations from start to finish. This fully remote role is perfect for someone who enjoys organization clear communication and keeping multiple moving parts aligned behind the scenes.
This position is ideal for individuals who can work independently while using established systems tools and training to support clients and internal teams effectively.
What Youll Do:
- Coordinate client schedules appointments and deadlines
- Manage workflow processes to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Communicate with clients and team members to gather necessary information
- Monitor project timelines and follow up on pending items
- Maintain organized records and documentation of workflows
- Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
What Were Looking For:
- Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in scheduling workflow coordination administrative support or customer service (preferred but not required)
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Detail-oriented dependable and tech-comfortable
- Comfortable learning and using digital tools and systems
- Must be a citizen of the US UK Australia Mexico Spain or LATAM
