Job Summary
Central Coast Home Health & Hospice is a fast-growing locally owned and operated company with an excellent reputation throughout the Central Coast. We are hiring for aFull time or Part timePharmacistin San Luis Obispo.Not Remote
This is a closed-door pharmacy (all medications are delivered by drivers). IV experience required. Work schedule for full time is M-F 8-5 PM plus a weekend and holiday rotation.
Requirements:
- Current California Pharmacist license.
- Ability to pass a drug screening

- Strong organization and communication skills both verbally and electronically
- Work well independently and in a team
- Excel at building rapport with patients and providing the highest quality of care
