Hiring: SAN Administrator Jefferson City MO (Onsite) 12 Months Contract
We are currently looking for an experiencedSAN Administratorfor our direct client. This is a long-term contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
Manage LUNs NAS fabric switches and storage array connections across Production and Test/Development environments
Provision new LUNs and reclaim storage as required
Collaborate with virtualization teams to optimize storage performance and utilization
Monitor SAN infrastructure detect issues and maintain operational standards
Manage NTFS permissions (create verify and remove)
Perform storage capacity planning and resource provisioning
Document storage procedures standards and processes
Propose and implement storage provisioning solutions
Apply firmware and software updates to controllers and storage arrays
Develop and execute test plans for installations upgrades and repairs
Daily administration ofVeeam Backup & Replication including Office 365 backups
Create and maintain backup jobs following the3-2-1 retention strategy
Provide troubleshooting and occasional after-hours support
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of hands-on experience in SAN NAS and Fabric administration
- Strong experience withDell Unity administration and CloudIQ monitoring
- Understanding ofVMware vSphere and Horizon environments
- Expertise in storage capacity planning and performance optimization
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
