Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed mental health professional to provide behavioral consultation therapy (if applicable) and emotional support services within an Adult Family Home setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide behavioral consultation and intervention planning
Support emotional regulation strategies
Assist staff with behavioral management training
Collaborate with families and medical providers
Document services per state and payer requirements
Requirements
Active Wisconsin LPC LMFT or equivalent license
Experience working with adults with autism or DD
Strong assessment and documentation skills
Background in crisis intervention preferred
