Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large-scale Salesforce implementation and integration projects ensuring delivery is on time within budget and exceeds client expectations.
  • Develop and execute a robust GTM strategy for the Salesforce practice identifying key markets and defining the value proposition.
  • Drive account mining efforts to uncover new opportunities within existing client relationships expanding our footprint and services offered.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support business development activities including proposal development presentations and contract negotiations.
  • Provide strategic direction for the practice identifying opportunities for new service offerings including niche capabilities like CPQ Vlocity and industry-specific solutions.
  • Mentor and develop team members promoting a culture of excellence innovation and continuous learning.
  • Manage customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and establishing a trusted advisor status with clients.
  • Oversee key practice KPIs forecasting budgeting and resource allocation.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce certifications and platform updates to provide expert guidance to clients and team members.
  • Develop and refine best practices and methodologies to enhance the practices operational efficiency and quality of service.
  • Represent the company at community and industry events enhancing our visibility and thought leadership in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce consulting with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in Salesforce project delivery and GTM strategy execution.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce products Sales Cloud Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud. including niche capabilities such as CPQ Vlocity etc
  • Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g. Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist).
  • Exceptional leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical strategic and problem-solving skills.
