Were looking for a QA Manager / Team Lead who treats product quality like a personal responsibility. Not a checkbox.

The Role

This is NOT a watch from the sidelines QA role.

You will own quality end-to-end across:

Web

iOS

Android

APIs

Integrations

AI-driven workflows

Your mission: make it impossible for bugs to reach production and easy for engineering to ship with confidence.

What Youll Actually Do

Lead and level-up the QA team (output and gt; activity)

Stay hands-on with manual exploratory and regression testing

Test across real devices emulators (web iOS Android)

Own automation strategy (Playwright Cypress Appium Detox etc.)

Use AI-powered testing tools for test generation regression coverage bug reproduction and visual diffs

Validate edge cases failure states permissions race conditions

Own release readiness risk assessment and go/no-go calls

Write crystal-clear reproducible bug reports engineers respect

Catch issues before customers do

Tools and amp; Environment

You should be comfortable with most of these:

Modern test automation frameworks

API testing (Postman / REST)

CI/CD pipelines

Feature flags and amp; staged rollouts

Bug tracking systems used properly

AI-assisted QA tools (and curiosity to keep adopting better ones)

Non-Negotiables

Strong written communication

Willingness to say this isnt ready

Comfortable in a fast-moving environment
