Job Summary

Job Description:

Position is a support role requiring more work direction whereby worker follows generally defined procedures including processes orders prepares correspondence and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. Has knowledge of commonly used concepts practices and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Order fulfilment To coordinate and ensure Order processing stock allocation invoice & dispatch as per customer request date
Follow up with various departments like Distribution Finance Business to execute billing
Track the status of Customer claim requests & ensure timely customer issue resolution.
Attending Customer queries by mail Phone calls timely response & resolution.
Resolve Undelivered shipment issues and avoid sales reversals
Customer Issue Resolution (Follow up & faster closure for no material return CAREs)
Maintain Hygiene of Customer Open orders & order book
Work with Supply chain team for stock Transfer/ order swap as per customer requirement.
Delivery Appointment Booking/ through mail and Portal
To follow up with transporter and ensure timely consignment deliveries.
Reconciliation of Invoice Vs Customer GRN
To publish daily and Monthly reports
Support business team in achieving monthly sales targets. Region wise sales plan order book data for MRE and Order Flow tracking.
