The Role

The successful candidate will deliver engaging and challenging Business lessons across Key Stages 35 preparing students for GCSE and A-Level examinations. Responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in Business Economics and related subjects.

• Encouraging independent thinking problem-solving and real-world application of business concepts.

• Preparing students for examinations and supporting assessment and coursework requirements.

• Monitoring assessing and reporting on student progress.

• Contributing to curriculum development and departmental planning.

• Supporting enrichment opportunities such as business clubs competitions and enterprise projects.

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).

• Strong subject knowledge in Business Studies and related areas.

• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities.

• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing.

• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.
