As PMO you will lead a team of project managers own and define the project management framework establish standards and drive process excellence for the implementation of monitoring and control solutions (SCADA & PPC) across photovoltaic battery storage and hybrid plants. You will empower your team to ensure consistency efficiency high-quality delivery and customer satisfaction.
Your key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the project management team including mentoring coaching performance management professional development and fostering a culture of accountability collaboration continuous improvement and customer centricity to consistently meet client expectations and deliver value.
- Drive process standardization and operational excellence across global projects ensuring adoption and governance of PM standards while promoting knowledge sharing and lessons learned for efficient predictable high-quality delivery.
- Monitor and manage overall project portfolio performance including progress risks budgets timelines financial and business metrics providing actionable insights and reporting to leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Oversee resource planning and allocation across multiple projects to optimize utilization cost efficiency and delivery outcomes worldwide.
- Ensure consistent application of risk and issue management processes assessing impact on timeliness business goals and financial performance and ensuring escalations are resolved effectively.
- Act as the central point of contact for customer escalation management coordinating issue resolution across multiple time zones to ensure timely outcomes and sustained client trust.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including logistics purchasing IT and engineering) to ensure alignment smooth project execution and the adoption of tools automation and methodologies that enhance efficiency quality and transparency.
Success in this role is measured by consistently achieving or exceeding key performance indicatorsincluding project handovers revenue profitability and cost and margin controlwhile effectively managing workloads customer escalations and proactive engagement with key customers to drive high satisfaction operational stability and sustained business growth.

QualificationsTo succeed in this role you have:
- Bachelors degree or higher in engineering business or a related field
- 5 years of experience in customer-facing project management with at least 2 years in a leadership or PMO role overseeing multiple project managers.
- Proven experience in the energy or renewable energy industry.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills with the ability to mentor develop and motivate project managers and foster a high-performing team.
- Experience in continuous improvement and operational excellence driving efficiency standardization and process optimization across projects.
- Customer-focused mindset capable of managing escalations and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to provide actionable insights across a portfolio of projects.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills able to influence stakeholders at all levels and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
It is as a plus or a strong advantage to have:
- PMP or other recognized project management certifications.
- Familiarity with industrial monitoring systems SCADA/PPC.
