As Graduate Recruitment Support Officer you will play a vital role in supporting graduate employability by contributing to the delivery of smooth responsive and highquality services for students and industry partners.

You will help enhance the student experience by ensuring graduate recruitment processes run efficiently digital tools are used effectively and key engagement activities are supported across the team.

In this role you will:

  • Manage graduate recruitment enquiries through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system ensuring accurate triage timely responses and highquality service to students and industry partners.
  • Oversee job submissions in CareerHub reviewing verifying and maintaining the accuracy of listings to ensure compliance with requirements.
  • Produce clear datadriven reports that capture trends activities and outcomes drawing on information from the CRM SharePoint and related systems.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by refining workflows streamlining administrative processes creating templates and supporting the development of training and process documentation.
  • Assist with industry engagement activities including supporting oncampus events that connect students with employers.

This contingent position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal land).

  • Strong technical capability across digital platforms with experience using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics highly desirable) and confidence working with reporting tools SharePoint and data extraction.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with industry partners students and internal stakeholders.
  • A proactive improvementfocused approach with the ability to analyse processes solve problems and implement practical solutions that enhance efficiency and service delivery.

  1. Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or completion of a diploma and at least 2 years subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
  2. Demonstrated experience in the administration and optimisation of CRM systems (or similar) to support industry engagement activities.
  3. Proven experience analysing processes and implementing practical workflow improvements in a service environment.
  4. Excellent interpersonal written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused mindset and experience in the preparation of reports and documents.
  5. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks prioritise competing demands and meet deadlines.
  6. High level of digital literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 data management tools and willingness to embrace new technologies
  7. Prior experience in a tertiary education employability or industry engagement setting.
