How do you translate complex business needs into elegant technical solutions that deliver real impact As a Solution Architect on our Professional Services team youll be the trusted technical advisor helping world-class customers unlock the full power of Coveos relevance technology.
Youll work at the intersection of business technology and people guiding customers through the design and delivery of intelligent search recommendations and generative AI experiences that transform how they operate. From discovery to go-live youll shape projects that matter.
As one of our Solution Architect you will:
- Act as a trusted advisor by understanding customer business challenges and translating them into scalable technical solutions.
- Lead solution design architecture and implementation of Coveos AI relevance platform across customer digital ecosystems.
- Collaborate with customer stakeholders from technical teams to executive leaders to align business goals and technology standards.
- Guide customers through best practices in governance planning and delivery throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage requirements maintain clear documentation and support delivery teams using Agile methodologies.
- Partner with Coveo product management and customer success teams to share feedback and improve future implementations.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 8 years of experience in business analysis solution architecture or similar client-facing technical roles
- Proven experience delivering software or cloud implementation projects in a professional services or consulting context
- Strong organizational skills and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and business teams as well as executive stakeholders
What will make you stand out:
- Experience working with cloud AI and hosted solutions such as Salesforce ServiceNow SharePoint or commerce platforms
- Background in customer-facing consulting roles with a strong advisor mindset
- Ability to write simple scripts in Python or similar programming languages
- Experience with Salesforce or commerce platforms with certification considered a strong asset
