Job Summary

As aWarranty Administratoryou will be responsible for preparing recording and submitting warranty claims to the distributor and reconciling them accordingly.
What youll be working on:
- Processing extended warranty paperwork to ensure documentation and verifying criteria required by distributor
- Reviewing extended warranty claims and correcting any errors
- Maintaining good working relationships with the Service and Parts Departments
- Reconciling all warranty receivables and working with the accounting department to obtain payments
- Handle rejected claims according to dealership and/or manufacturer specifications and follow up on outstanding claims.
- Maintaining all service and customer records as required by the warrantor.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need to bring to the table:
- Excellent communicator both oral and written
- Good team spirit and leadership
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools - especially Office 365 - Excel & PowerPoint
- Experience in extended warranty management an asset
- Strong organizational skills a must
Salary:$20.00-$50.00/hour
*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills.
