Sr. Systems Integrator III (6379)

As a Sr. Systems Integrator III youll deliver hands-on integration across RF SATCOM WiFi and IT networks with the goal of enabling mission-critical operations across the federal government. Our team is responsible for designing integrating and supporting complex multi-domain systems and youll play a key role in ensuring reliable secure and interoperable solutions that directly support operational success and mission outcomes.

What youll do:

• Work as part of a collaborative and high-performing team delivering technical solutions within the highest levels of the federal government.
• Integrate multi-discipline systems across RF SATCOM network and IT environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex interoperability and integration issues.
• Support mission operations with a focus on reliability performance and operational impact.
• Participate in Agile execution planning and team collaboration.
• Communicate effectively across technical domains and with diverse stakeholders.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence through technical expertise and professionalism.
• Apply creativity and technical judgment to deliver innovative solutions tailored to mission needs.

What youll need to succeed:

• Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility required.
• Required technical certifications include ITIL 4 Foundation Security and CCNA or a cloud associate certification such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Microsoft AZ-104.
• Possess DoD 8140 certification aligned to the 451 System Administrator work role such as Security Cloud SSCP CASP or CISSP.
• 8 years of experience in a hands-on technical role with a broad background integrating systems across multiple technical disciplines.
• Demonstrated experience integrating network information systems and cybersecurity solutions from endpoint to backend.
• Hands-on experience configuring integrating and troubleshooting interoperability issues across network transport and application layers.
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve cross-domain and cross-technology integration challenges in mission-critical environments.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Information Technology or a related technical field is preferred. Relevant experience may substitute for education requirements.
• Ability to contribute immediately with minimal ramp-up in a mission-critical operational environment.

SALARY RANGE: $170000 - $230000

The salary range for this position is determined based on qualifications skills and relevant experience. The final salary offered will be determined based on several factors including:

• The candidates professional background and relevant work experience
• The specific responsibilities of the role and organizational needs
• Internal equity and alignment with current team compensation
• This role is also eligible for additional compensation subject to the terms and policies of MetroStar which may include:
• Performance-based bonuses
• Company-paid training and/or certifications
