RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will focus on relationships built on trust as you partner with founders and leaders to drive execution:
- Lead EOS with discipline so priorities stick and follow-through improves
- Ensure L10s are strong Rocks are clear and leaders are accountable
- Facilitate Quarterly and Annual Planning sessions to ensure strategic priorities are clearly defined and executed
- Translate the 3-year vision into clear annual and quarterly priorities
- Establish strong cross-functional cadence across Marketing Sales R&D Supply Chain Operations and Finance
- Ensure major initiatives have defined owners timelines and visible progress
- Create a prioritization process so new ideas are evaluated before becoming commitments
- Strengthen forecasting and inventory visibility to reduce surprises and protect margin
- Build simple KPI dashboards that provide early indicators
- Develop middle managers to own outcomes and lead confidently
- Help leaders understand how decisions impact revenue and margin
- Bring clarity across the product portfolio so resources and execution align with company priorities
- Address root causes instead of repeatedly reacting to the same issues
- Ensure founders have clear visibility into company health and risks
- Sequence priorities based on capacity to reduce organizational whiplash
- Hold accountability across the leadership team including upward when needed
- Facilitate healthy debate that leads to clear decisions
- Partner with leadership and HR on succession planning and the development of a 3-year organizational roadmap aligned with growth targets
- Evaluate opportunities for vertical integration to strengthen operational control and long-term margin
- Implement a practical PMO structure so key initiatives dont stall
- Increase organizational focus and improve finish rates on strategic priorities
- Support the companys path toward $200M through operational stability
** This role is full-time onsite based in Nashville TN **
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
- 3-5 years in senior leadership roles with enterprise-level impact in a $50M revenue organization including experience operating at or alongside the executive team
- Experience leading leaders and developing middle management in a growing entrepreneurial organization
- P&L ownership with strong understanding of margin cost of goods and operational efficiency drivers
- Proven track record of implementing KPIs and scorecards that drove measurable performance improvement
- Experience leading cross-functional organization-wide initiatives involving multiple departments and competing priorities
- Direct experience scaling infrastructure processes and talent
Preferred
- EOS Pinnacle or similar operating system experience strongly preferred
- Has partnered directly with visionary founders or entrepreneurial CEOs
- Has served as an Integrator or second-in-command
- Has helped scale an organization toward or beyond $100M in revenue
- Small to mid-sized business experience
- MBA or advanced business training
Desired
- CPG Manufacturing or product-based experience
- Science or technical background
- Startup experience or demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset
- Six Sigma Black Belt PMP certification or similar process improvement credentials

This role will support operational alignment and execution across both brands as the organization scales toward $200M in combined revenue over the next several years.

Salary: $200k - 225k performance-based bonus opportunities
