As a Graphic Designer at The Nova Labs you will play a crucial role in crafting visually engaging designs that communicate our brands message effectively. We offer a competitive salary range of $102500 - $156000 annually along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development.
Responsibilities
- Create visually appealing graphics for digital and print media
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to design promotional materials
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines and standards
- Assist in the design of user interfaces and web layouts
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas
- Revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Ensure all graphics are optimized for various platforms and devices
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design work
- Familiarity with design software (Adobe Creative Suite Sketch etc.)
- Basic understanding of typography color theory and layout principles
- Excellent attention to detail and creativity
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new design trends
- A degree in Graphic Design Fine Arts or related field is a plus
