Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging and interactive learning materials including e-learning modules videos and other multimedia content.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze learning needs and develop appropriate instructional strategies.
- Utilize instructional design principles to create effective training programs that meet the needs of diverse learners.
- Implement learning theories and adult learning principles to enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
- Manage and organize learning content and materials in a structured and user-friendly manner.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in instructional design and e-learning technology.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Instructional Design Educational Technology or related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design preferably in a corporate setting.
- Demonstrated proficiency with e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $120000 to $130000 annually depending on qualifications and experience. Benefits include health insurance retirement plans paid time off and opportunities for professional development.
