Position: Instructional Designer

Job Responsibilities:
- Design and develop engaging learning content and materials for training programs.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and content for courses.
- Create instructional materials including e-learning modules videos and interactive activities.
- Conduct needs assessments and analyze learning objectives to determine appropriate instructional strategies.
- Implement best practices in instructional design and adult learning principles.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Education Instructional Design or related field.
- Proven experience in instructional design and developing training materials.
- Strong proficiency in e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary & Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $114000 to $130000 annually (USD).
