We are seeking a skilled Senior Manager Financial Planning & Analysis (Global Process Owner Invoice to Pay) to join our Finance Transformation -Global Finance Services Division.

In this role The incumbent would balance strategic ideas with development and deployment of standard processes policies and controls and manage key technology and people aspects for the global Invoice to Pay function. You will partner closely with key stakeholders including Global Operation Leads Finance Systems and User Access Provisioning Corporate Compliance and Controls HR teams and business units. You will identify and implement process improvement opportunities aligned with performance measurement targets. You will support the deployment of ERP systems for ITP and other accounting functions.

The preference for this role is to be based out of Bangalore Whitefield office -KA India

What you will do

  • Standard service catalog/taxonomy design exception book creation & governance standard process design standard process documentation standard controls documentation standard policies design.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and operational accounting teams connecting legacy processes to the future state as part of ERP deployment projects.
  • Standard tools/technology design standard tools/technology deployment system access levels identification standard functional roles alignment with User Access Provisioning Segregation of Duties conflicts testing & mitigation.
  • Support for ERP deployments including to-be ITP process design testing and training data cleansing cutover planning and hyper-care support.
  • Work placement sizing & location strategy required skills and competencies definition Global Business Services organization structure design standard functional roles design standard service catalog/taxonomy implementation.

What you will have

  • Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in accounting or any 4-year degree with an applicable certification. 6 8 or more years of progressively responsible job-related experience
  • Business Acumen: Knowledge of business concepts tools and processes that are needed for making sound decisions in the context of the companys business; ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.
  • Leadership: Knowledge of leadership practices and processes; ability to use strategies and skills to enlist others in setting embracing and achieving objectives while having a long-term perspective of the future state of things and how to get there.
  • Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP): Knowledge of the generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP); ability to apply GAAP appropriately within the organization.
