Job Summary

Titan Technologies LLC (Titan) is seeking an experienced self-directed Network Administrator to support the Special Operations Forces Information Technology Enterprise Contract (SITEC) III contract. As a member of our team you will help to assist USSOCOM Service Component Commands Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC) and deployed forces in the delivery of a full spectrum of Information Technology (IT) services to operate and maintain information flow communications and connectivity globally.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Monitors the LAN and WAN equipment and circuits utilizing Riverbed Event Manager.
Performs initial triage and resolves or escalates technical problems for established networks.
Serves as the technical specialist in network problems and emergencies; assists in troubleshooting and resolution of network production problems.
Maintains network operations expansion and potential abuse through enterprise network intrusion detection system firewalls and VPN devices.
Works with the Systems Engineer in network design analysis and configuration validation.
Maintains documentation which may include CMDB information as-built drawings circuit inventory equipment inventory configurations and training materials.
Performs project work as assigned by the Senior Team members.
Accurately documents instances of hardware failure repair installation and removal.
Administers the operation of all LAN/WAN-related network services according to Government policies and procedures.
Coordinates and implements network software and hardware upgrades.
Troubleshoots and resolves LAN/WAN performance connectivity and related network problems.
Administers LAN/WAN security antivirus and spam control measures.
Uses a variety of tools to monitor and troubleshoot the network.
Creates monitoring reports and logs and ensures the functionality of links.
Documents and maintains network topologies.
Resolves ticket requests works to resolve incidents and escalates to the Engineering team when required.

Required Qualifications:

3 years experience as a LAN/WAN Network Administrator.
A DoD TS/SCI clearance is required.
Information Assurance Technical Level II Certification required- DoDD 01-M IAT II - Sec Plus cert.
CCNA required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Four years of complex and progressive experience in implementing administering performing testing and analyzing network.
Experience in client facing support.

Education:

High School Diploma with 6 years of experience OR AA 4 yrs of experience OR BS 2 years of experience OR MS 0 years of experience
