What you will get to do:
Support the comprehensive efforts and strategies to source and recruit top engineering talent for external partner opportunities.
Work in partnership with hiring managers in their strategic technical recruiting and talent attraction efforts.
Source for qualified candidates utilizing knowledge of multiple recruiting resources and advanced outbound sourcing techniques.
Provide insight/guidance around things such as: talent market insights ways to increase the pipeline attracting talent and candidate engagement.
What will make you successful:
Must have a Bachelors degree in Human Resources Communications Psychology Business Administration Engineering (or similar).
Previous sales or recruiting internship experience.
A professional patient and positive attitude.
A team-based and creative approach to problem solving.
Self-motivated with the ability to execute with excellence.
Tremendous time management skills with strong organizational techniques and possess a keen sense of urgency in a continual changing work environment.
Candidates must be currently legally authorized to work in the United States of America for any employer without restrictions or expirations.
