Job Summary

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative. This role is perfect for someone who can build strong relationships and move candidates through the process quickly and efficiently; without constant oversight. Youll support all hiring . From sourcing to offer youll partner with hiring managers and HR to make smart timely hires that fuel our mission.

What You Get To Do: 

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards career sites hiring events referrals and creative outreach.  
  • Screen and evaluate talent.
  • Build and maintain an active searchable pipeline in SmartRecruiters with smart tagging and talent community tools.  
  • Partner closely with hiring managers offering insights on roadblocks like compensation skills and sourcing tactics.  
  • Represent Crystal Clear at career fairs networking and community events to build awareness and attract talent.  
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a true brand ambassador.

This is an hourly position:  $20-$25 hr. based on experience plus performance bonus.

 


Qualifications :

MUST HAVE:  

  •  1 year of focused high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelors degree. Or a High School Diploma or GED and 2 years of high-volume recruiting experience. 
  • Proven experience sourcing interviewing and hiring hourly workforces with a strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and strategies. 
  • Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms such as Indeed LinkedIn ZipRecruiter CareerBuilder etc.   
  • Skilled in HRIS systems like Workday SmartRecruiters  experienced with Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools like Zoom. 
  •  Proficient in Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook and SharePoint for efficient communication reporting and documentation. 

NICE TO HAVE:  

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience working within Healthcare Social Services Retail Janitorial  Manufacturing hospitality etc. Staffing agency experience is highly sought after.
